Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the 8o88 platform (accessible at https://8o88.org and any associated mobile-optimised pages), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with any part of the 8o88 platform in any capacity.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. Any translation provided for convenience does not alter the binding force of the original English text. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to the 8o88 platform and participation in any real-money gaming or sports betting activity is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 8o88 does not permit access to any person under the age of 18, and this restriction is absolute with no exceptions.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and sports betting activities are not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.

Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming and sports betting features on the 8o88 platform, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any deposited funds.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one registered account on the 8o88 platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8o88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and retain any balance on those accounts pending investigation.

8o88 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle. You agree to cooperate fully with any such verification request and to supply the required documentation within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete identity verification may result in the temporary suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay functions on your account until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account details — including contact email, phone number, and registered payment methods — remain accurate and up to date at all times. 8o88 is not liable for any communication or payment failures arising from outdated account information.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 8o88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 8o88 does not apply internal currency conversion charges to deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, and you acknowledge that 8o88 has no control over such third-party charges.

The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on the 8o88 platform:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported Bangladeshi banking institutions

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating account. 8o88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the platform.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 8o88 finance team during standard operating hours. Processing times vary by payment method but 8o88 aims to complete all withdrawal requests within the timeframe displayed in the Cashier section at the time of request. 8o88 is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient payment provider or banking institution.

8o88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requests for identification documents, proof of payment method ownership, or confirmation of transaction history. These checks are conducted for the purpose of fraud prevention and responsible gaming compliance, and their completion is a prerequisite for withdrawal processing.

Deposits made in error, including those made after a self-exclusion has been activated, will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact the 8o88 support team as promptly as possible in such circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all 8o88 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account as a separate bonus balance and must meet a defined wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before becoming withdrawable). The applicable multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer table games, certain slots, and sports betting markets may carry different contribution percentages. Contribution rates are published in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a defined period from the date of credit. Wagering requirements not met within this period will result in automatic forfeiture of the remaining bonus balance and any winnings associated with it.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• 8o88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been credited to an account, the terms current at the time of credit will apply.

Gameplay & Fair Use Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, 8o88 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly and promptly. Where a game result cannot be confirmed due to a technical failure, 8o88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. 8o88 is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or disruption to the player's internet service.

Sports betting markets are subject to their own specific rules, which include provisions for voided events, postponed fixtures, incomplete markets, and the settlement of in-play bets. 8o88 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is evidence of, or reasonable grounds to suspect, manipulation, collusion, exploitation of a technical error, or any other form of unfair play. Decisions made by 8o88 in respect of game integrity are final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8o88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or account management process.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18 or facilitating access to the platform by any person under the age of 18.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the 8o88 platform, place bets, or access any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or any other illegal financial activity through the 8o88 platform.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live dealer games, or any other environment where such collusion would affect game integrity.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to obscure your location or circumvent geographic or account-level access restrictions.
• Conducting any activity on the 8o88 platform that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to 8o88 or any other user.

8o88 employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where evidence of prohibited activity is identified, 8o88 will take immediate action without prior warning. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8o88, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 8o88 platform or any of its services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

8o88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. 8o88 takes reasonable technical precautions to ensure platform security and stability but cannot guarantee that the platform will always be accessible.

8o88's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The failure of 8o88 to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of 8o88's right to enforce it subsequently. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.

8o88 reserves the right to transfer, assign, or sub-contract its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions without prior notice to the player, provided that such transfer does not materially diminish the rights of registered players. Players may not transfer or assign any rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any third party without the prior written consent of 8o88.
